Southridge School Expansion

Project Description

Southridge School had big plans for expansion and needed LPI’s expertise for a multi-phased project covering HVAC and plumbing.

Scope of Work

This project consisted of a number of various phases for a growing senior and junior school.

The Junior School expansion includes a new, 10,000 square foot three story addition. This part of the project will involve new hydronic piping, domestic water and ductwork distribution to serve the new unit ventilators and sinks in this space. We have plans to connect new piping to the existing piping distribution in the hallway, complete with expansion joints. For the Senior School renovation, we’ll be removing all plumbing in the student change rooms. Then, we’ll reconfigure the change rooms to suit the new architectural plans and footprint. And finally, we’ll extend the ductwork to the Senior School to meet the project’s expansion requirements.
