Job description
LPI was contracted to replace the residential facility’s booster pump package.
Scope of work
After completing the demolition and removal of the existing booster pump package, steel supports, and associated piping, the LPI team seamlessly installed the new pump package.
We built a new housekeeping pad to fit the new duplex pump package and control panel, insulated and PVC-jacketed all new piping, and rectified any deteriorated existing insulation to truly revamp the basement mechanical room.
Once final connections were completed, we started, commissioned, and verified the package for optimal operation.
